Questions about this item

Will this 120 mm by 38 mm fan fit my standard 120 mm mounting holes?

Yes, the 120 mm square frame matches standard 120 mm case mounts, and the 38 mm thickness fits most chassis with adequate clearance.

How do I connect the 4-wire PWM cable to my motherboard, and what mistake should I avoid?

Plug the 40 cm 4-wire PWM connector into a 4-pin CPU or chassis fan header; do not force it onto a 3-pin header or the speed control will not work.
