SKU CH-X6ET-K1K1D

An 8 cm axial case fan runs at 3000 RPM and moves 35 CFM on a 12 V three-wire connection

  • 3000 RPM airflow cools tight spaces efficiently
  • 35 CFM output removes heat from compact enclosures
  • 12 V 0.3 A draw keeps power load low
  • 3-wire tachometer enables speed monitoring control

8 cm 12 V case fan for tight builds

This 8 cm axial fan runs on 12 V and draws .3 A. It spins at 3000 RPM and moves 35 CFM of air through a three-wire connection. The compact frame suits small chassis, projector enclosures or any slot that accepts an 812 mounting pattern.

Replaces worn 8 cm three-wire fans

Swap this unit in when an existing 8 cm fan becomes noisy, fails or no longer delivers the rated airflow. The upgrade is worthwhile when the original motor runs at lower speed or uses a two-wire header without speed reporting. Builders needing PWM control, larger frames or higher static pressure should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

What are the mounting dimensions for the 8CM frame?

The fan uses an 8CM square frame; verify your chassis or projector housing has matching screw holes before fitting.

How do I connect the three-wire lead to a 12V header, and what is the common mistake?

Plug the 3-wire connector onto a 12V fan header aligning the key; the error is forcing it offset by one pin, which leaves the tach signal disconnected.
