  • New condition guarantees reliable airflow from day one
  • Compact case-fan design suits space-constrained builds

Compatible replacement fan

This is a new original CPU cooling fan designed for Gigabyte BRIX, Intel NUC5CPYH and ASUS VivoMini mini PCs. It serves as a direct replacement for the factory-fitted cooler in those specific small-form-factor systems. Buyers with other NUC models, different BRIX revisions or unrelated mini PCs cannot use this fan.

Straightforward swap in tight chassis

Installation involves opening the mini PC case, disconnecting the old fan header and securing the new unit in the same mounting points. The confined interior makes finger access difficult and the small connector is easy to misalign, so careful positioning is required to avoid bent pins or a loose fit.

Questions about this item

How do I confirm the fan is running correctly after installing it in my Gigabyte BRIX?

The system should boot without thermal warnings and the fan should spin audibly when the CPU load increases. Monitor temperatures in the BIOS or OS to verify they stay within normal limits.

What is included with this cooler and do I need any extra mounting parts for an ASUS VivoMini?

The package contains the original CPU cooling fan unit only. No additional screws, brackets or thermal paste are supplied, so reuse the existing hardware from the VivoMini.
