SKU CH-M2BM-GNGQH

An 80 mm square case fan running on 12 V at 0.14 A with a 25 mm thickness

  • 12 V DC power for straightforward wiring
  • 14 A draw keeps energy use low
  • 80 mm square frame fits standard mounts
  • 25 mm thickness suits slim server cases

80 mm 12 V server fan

This 80x80x25 mm DC fan runs on 12 V and draws 0.14 A, making it a direct fit for standard server and workstation chassis. The square frame and low current suit crowded rack environments where space and power budget are tight.

For rack builds needing a compact 12 V cooler

Builders who require a larger diameter, higher airflow or PWM control should look elsewhere, as this unit is fixed at 80 mm and 0.14 A. It also does not address liquid-cooling loops or GPU-specific mounting.

Questions about this item

How do I install the 80 mm square fan in a standard case, and which step is often missed?

Align the four 80 mm mounting holes with the case fan slots, secure with screws or rubber pins, then plug the 12 V connector into the motherboard header; the step often missed is checking the airflow arrow so the fan blows in the intended direction.

What maintenance will the 12 V 0.14 A fan need over time?

Every six to twelve months, power down the system and use compressed air to clear dust from the blades and motor housing; if bearing noise appears or airflow drops noticeably, replace the fan unit.
