Fans FM12038A2HSL 120x120x38mm AC 220/240V 0.14A axial case fan

SKU CH-W3YY-JBWSG

Axial cooling fan measuring 120 by 120 by 38 millimetres, running on 220 to 240 volt AC at 0.14 amps with a two-wire connection

  • Runs directly on mains power with 220/240 V AC input
  • Moves air in tight enclosures using 120 × 120 × 38 mm frame
  • Low draw keeps circuits cool at 0.14 A operating current
  • Simple two-wire hookup speeds installation in industrial cases

120 mm AC axial fan for industrial enclosures

This 120 mm square frame axial fan runs directly from 220 V or 240 V mains supply, drawing 0.14 A. The 12038 form factor fits standard 120 mm by 38 mm mounting holes in server racks, telecom cabinets and industrial chassis. Two-wire connection simplifies wiring for OEM integrators and maintenance teams.

Mains-powered cooling with fixed-speed operation

Operating on AC line voltage eliminates the need for a separate DC power supply or fan controller. The shaded-pole motor delivers constant airflow at full speed whenever power is applied. Power draw remains steady at 0.14 A, so thermal output and acoustic profile are predictable in continuous-duty environments.

Questions about this item

How do I wire the two leads of this 220/240 V AC fan into my chassis?

Connect the two wires directly to a 220 V or 240 V AC supply using insulated terminals; the step often missed is adding a proper strain-relief grommet so vibration does not pull the connections loose.

What signs tell me the 0.14 A axial unit needs replacing?

Rising mechanical noise, reduced airflow through the 120 mm frame, or failure to start on mains power indicates bearing wear or winding degradation.
