12 V 3.4 A Case Fan

This 120 mm case fan runs on 12 V and draws 3.4 A for strong airflow in a 120 x 120 x 50 mm frame. The GFB1212VHG 12050 model is built for high-static-pressure cooling in tight spaces. It suits workstations and servers that need focused air movement through dense heatsinks or restricted vents. The unit is supplied new and ready for standard 12 V fan headers.

Builders Needing Quiet Operation

This fan prioritises maximum airflow over low noise so it is not ideal for silent living-room PCs or noise-sensitive studios. Buyers who want PWM speed control or RGB lighting should look elsewhere because the specifications list neither feature. Systems with limited 12 V current budget or very small chassis clearance may also find the 50 mm depth and 3.4 A draw unsuitable.

Questions about this item

What does the 3.4 A current draw mean for my power supply?

The fan draws 3.4 amps on the 12 volt rail, so the supply must deliver that current continuously for this unit alone.

How does the 12 V supply connect to the fan?

The fan runs directly from a standard 12 volt DC source; no additional interface or signalling is required.
