HP DL380 G6 G7 CPU Heat Sink Fan Kit

This upgrade kit provides a CPU heat sink and fan assembly designed for HP DL380 G6 and G7 servers. It replaces part numbers 496064-001 and 496066-001 to maintain proper processor cooling. The kit is supplied new and ready for installation in compatible server chassis.

Practical Limits of Server-Specific Cooling

This assembly fits only the specified DL380 G6 and G7 models and cannot be adapted to other server platforms or desktop cases. It addresses a single CPU socket per unit, so dual-processor configurations require two kits. Buyers needing cooling for different generations or form factors must source alternative solutions.
