SKU CH-5X5Z-S56QY

A 60 mm case fan with 12 V power, 0.23 A draw, 3-wire connection and double ball bearing

  • Reliable long-life operation from double ball bearing design
  • Consistent 12 V power delivery via 3-wire connection
  • Compact 60 x 60 x 15 mm frame fits tight chassis spaces
  • Low 0.23 A draw reduces system power load

60 mm 12 V double ball bearing fan

The MGT6012HB-A15 is a 60 mm square case fan with a 15 mm frame depth. It runs on 12 V DC and draws 0.23 A through a three-wire connection. Double ball bearings support continuous operation in desktop and industrial chassis.

Suits tight 60 mm mounting points and 12 V systems

Builders who need PWM speed control or a four-pin header should look elsewhere. The 15 mm thickness may not fit ultra-slim enclosures that require a lower profile. Buyers needing higher airflow or lower noise at the same footprint will need a different specification.

Questions about this item

How do I install the MGT6012HB-A15 fan and which step is often done wrong?

Mount the 60 mm square frame with four screws, connect the three-wire plug to a 12 V header matching the 0.23 A draw, and ensure the airflow arrow points toward the heatsink — reversing that direction is the common mistake.

What maintenance or replacement will the MGT6012HB-A15 need later?

The double ball bearing design reduces wear, but dust buildup on the 6015 blades should be cleaned periodically with compressed air; if bearing noise appears after extended use, replace the entire fan unit.
