Fans

Fans PMD1212PTB1-A 12025 120x120x25mm 12V 12.0W 3pin 150CFM case fan

SKU CH-WQZ5-BDGY2

A 120 mm case fan delivering 150 CFM airflow at 12 V with a 3-pin connector

  • High airflow at 150 CFM for effective case cooling
  • 12 V, 12.0 W three-pin power for standard motherboard headers
  • Compact 120 × 120 × 25 mm frame fits typical 120 mm mounts
  • Brand-new condition ensures reliable, long-life operation

High-Airflow 120 mm Case Fan

The Fans PMD1212PTB1-A is a 120 mm case fan designed for chassis that need strong airflow in a standard 25 mm thickness. It suits builders who want high static pressure for radiators or restrictive mesh panels. It is not for buyers who need PWM speed control because the connector is three-pin only.

Thermals and Power in Daily Use

The fan draws 12.0 W at 12 V and delivers 150 CFM, moving a large volume of air through the case. Expect noticeable airflow noise at full voltage because the motor runs at a fixed high speed. A fan controller or motherboard voltage header can lower the speed and reduce both noise and power draw when full output is not required.

Questions about this item

How do I install the 3-pin connector on the PMD1212PTB1-A fan and what step is often missed?

Plug the 3-pin connector into a motherboard fan header, aligning the guide pin; the step often missed is setting the fan control mode to DC voltage in BIOS so the 12 V, 12.0 W motor runs at the correct speed.

What maintenance will the 120x120x25 mm case fan need later?

Clean dust from the blades and frame every few months with compressed air; the sleeve bearing is not user-serviceable, so replace the entire unit if noise or airflow drops below the rated 150 CFM.
