High-temperature 230 VAC case fan

This 230 VAC case fan delivers 43 W on high speed and 40 W on low speed for demanding airflow requirements. Its metal frame measures 172 mm by 150 mm by 55 mm and is built for continuous operation in elevated ambient temperatures. The unit ships new and ready for integration into industrial enclosures or specialised cooling setups.

Suited for high-voltage industrial enclosures

This fan suits integrators who need mains-voltage cooling in server racks, telecom cabinets or custom chassis with 172 mm by 150 mm mounting points. It is not for builders who require low-voltage DC power, PWM speed control or standard PC motherboard headers. Buyers needing quieter low-speed operation or smaller frame dimensions should consider other options.

Questions about this item

How is the 172x150x55 mm fan mounted and which step is often missed?

Align the four corner holes with the chassis, insert the screws through the frame and tighten evenly; the step most people skip is checking that the 230 VAC wiring is routed away from moving blades before powering on.

What maintenance will the 43/40 W 230 VAC unit need later?

Expect to clean dust from the blades and intake every few months; if bearing noise appears or airflow drops, plan to replace the whole fan as the motor is not serviceable.
