Fans UF-92B23 BTH 230V 16W 92mm case fan
A 92 mm AC case fan running on 230 V mains, delivering up to 40 CFM at 36 dB with a double ball bearing rated for 40,000 hours
- 92 mm frame fits standard case mounts
- 230 V AC supply runs straight from mains power
- Double ball bearing rated for 40 000 hours at 40 °C
- 32 dB at 2 500 RPM keeps noise low
- 33 CFM airflow cools components efficiently
Purpose and fit
This 92 mm case fan operates directly from 230 V mains at 50 or 60 Hz. It suits industrial cabinets, medical equipment, rail vehicles and similar 230 V environments where a low-voltage supply is not available.
Before ordering
Verify that your chassis has a 92 mm mounting pattern with 25 mm depth clearance. Confirm the system can provide a 230 V AC feed and that the 16 W draw at 0.08 A is acceptable for the circuit. The fan runs at 2500 RPM on 50 Hz and 3000 RPM on 60 Hz.
Build and daily use
The frame uses PBT plastic blades with a metal housing and maintenance-free double ball bearings rated for 40000 hours at 40 °C. Two lead wires exit the housing for direct mains connection; no PWM or speed-control header is present. Noise measures 32 dB at 50 Hz and 36 dB at 60 Hz.

Questions about this item
What does the 230 V rating mean for installation?
The fan runs directly from mains voltage so no external power supply is needed; wire it to a 230 V AC circuit rated for at least 0.09 A.
Which speed setting suits a quiet build?
At 50 Hz the fan spins at 2500 RPM and produces 32 dB, while at 60 Hz it reaches 3000 RPM and 36 dB; choose 50 Hz for lower noise.
What does the 40 000 hour L10 figure mean in daily use?
L10 of 40 000 hours at 40 °C means that after roughly four and a half years of continuous running at that temperature, 10 % of units may have failed.
