Ergonomic Vertical Mouse for PC and Mac

The Fantech GO COMFY W195 is a wireless gaming mouse with a 57° vertical angle designed for both left and right-handed users. It uses a PixArt 3065 sensor with a fixed 1600 DPI resolution and seven programmable buttons. Connectivity options include Bluetooth 5.1 and a 2.4 GHz USB dongle with a 10m range. The device runs on a single included AA battery.

Upgrade from Flat or Wired Mice

This model replaces traditional horizontal mice that can cause wrist strain during long sessions. The vertical design promotes a natural handshake posture, while 90% noise-reduced switches rated for 5 million clicks keep clicks quiet in shared spaces. The jump is worth it for users who prioritise comfort and silent operation over high polling rates or adjustable sensitivity steps.

Simple Setup with Included Battery

Installation requires inserting the supplied AA battery and plugging the USB dongle into a free port for 2.4 GHz mode, or pairing via Bluetooth 5.1 in system settings. No extra software is needed for basic function. The main issue is the fixed 125 Hz polling rate and single 1600 DPI setting, which may feel unresponsive for fast-paced competitive gaming.

Questions about this item

What are the exact dimensions of the Fantech GO COMFY W195 so I can check if it fits my hand and desk space?

The mouse measures 108.4 mm long, 71.2 mm wide and 69 mm high, weighing 114 g without the AA battery.

How do I set up the dual-mode connection and which step do users often miss?

Plug the USB dongle for 2.4 GHz mode or hold the pairing button to enter Bluetooth 5.1 mode; the step often missed is pressing the mode-switch button on the bottom to change between them.

What maintenance will the mouse need later, and how often?

It runs on one AA battery (included) rated for about 20 hours of use; the switches are rated for 5 million clicks, so only battery replacement is expected during normal life.
