Fantech Kanata VX9S wired gaming mouse

The Fantech Kanata VX9S is a wired gaming mouse built for left- and right-handed players. It uses an A725F chipset with adjustable sensitivity from 400 to 7200 DPI. Six programmable buttons and RGB lighting complete the feature set.

Upgrading from basic office mice

Moving up from a standard three-button mouse adds on-the-fly DPI switching and Huano switches rated for 10 million clicks. The jump is worth it when you need faster target acquisition or durable clicks for long sessions.

Sustained tracking and click feel

The sensor delivers 60 IPS tracking speed and 20 G acceleration without smoothing. Huano switches keep a consistent actuation force over time, while the 300000-cycle scroll encoder maintains tactile steps during extended use.

Questions about this item

What are the physical dimensions of the Fantech Kanata VX9S mouse?

The mouse measures 122 mm long, 67 mm wide and 40 mm high, and weighs 82 grams.

How do I connect the Kanata VX9S and what is the common setup mistake?

Plug the USB cable into a free port; the mouse works immediately without extra software, but users often forget to install the optional driver for DPI and lighting control.

When will the switches or scroll wheel need replacement?

The Huano switches are rated for 10 million clicks and the encoder for 300000 scroll cycles, so typical gaming use gives several years before wear appears.
