XL gaming surface 400x450mm

The Fantech MOTION MMT454 provides an XL gaming surface measuring 400x450mm that accommodates both keyboard and mouse simultaneously. Its generous desk-sized space removes movement restrictions during intense gaming or multitasking sessions. The black colourway suits a variety of desktop aesthetics.

5mm cushioning with stitched edges

A 5mm thick plush cushion adds comfort for marathon sessions while the premium stitched edges resist fraying and shredding over time. The advanced rubber base features a honeycomb pattern that locks firmly on any desk to prevent slippage. No additional desk preparation is required for the anti-slip base to function.

Balanced speed-to-control ratio

The precision-tuned surface delivers a balanced speed-to-control ratio that handles slow strategising and rapid flick shots alike. It supports both gaming and office workloads without needing a specialised sensor. Users who need a smaller footprint or a hard surface for maximum glide will find this pad unsuitable.

Questions about this item

Will the 400x450mm surface still have room for both keyboard and mouse after months of daily use?

The XL dimensions give generous desk-sized space for keyboard and mouse together, and premium stitched edges resist fraying so the usable area stays the same over time.

Does the 5mm plush cushioning trap heat or make the pad slide during all-day sessions?

The herringbone-pattern rubber base locks firmly on any desk with zero slippage, and the 5mm cushioning is designed for lasting comfort without retaining heat.

What desk space or hardware do I need so the 400x450mm pad lies flat and works immediately?

A flat desk area at least 400mm wide by 450mm deep is all that is required; the anti-slip base grips on any surface and no extra hardware or software is needed.
