Product identity

The Fantech Tanto S WG13S is a wireless gaming mouse built around a PixArt PAW3395 sensor that reaches 26000 DPI with 650 IPS tracking speed and 50G acceleration. It weighs 58 g and measures 122 by 64 by 36.5 mm, making it suitable for both left- and right-handed users who want a lightweight, ambidextrous shape.

Who it suits and who it does not

The mouse suits players who need tri-mode connectivity across wired USB, Bluetooth and 2.4 GHz StrikeSpeed PRO wireless, all running at 8000 Hz polling rate. Its 300 mAh battery delivers up to 44 hours of use and pairs with an included RGB charging dock. Buyers who require more than five programmable buttons or a dedicated sniper button should look elsewhere.

Deciding specification

The PixArt PAW3395 sensor provides a maximum resolution of 26000 DPI adjustable from 400 in steps up to the ceiling, with 650 IPS maximum speed and 50G maximum acceleration, and it maintains 8000 Hz polling in both wired and wireless modes. This sensor specification is the single figure that determines whether the mouse meets a competitive player's tracking requirements.

Questions about this item

How long does the 300mAh battery last before I need to dock the Tanto S?

Up to 44 hours of gameplay on a single charge, then place it on the included RGB charging dock to replenish.

Does the mouse get warm or loud during all-day sessions at 8000 Hz polling?

No fan or moving parts are present; the 3.3 V 25 mA draw keeps heat low and operation silent.

What must I already own to use the 8000 Hz wireless mode?

A free USB port for the StrikeSpeed PRO receiver; the dock connects via the same port for charging.
