Fargo HDP Transfer Film 1,500 images

This genuine Fargo HDP transfer film is engineered for HDP5600 and HDP5000 card printers. It prints the card image onto the underside of the film before laminating it onto the card surface for durable, high-quality results. Organisations issuing secure ID cards or badges rely on this consumable for consistent output. Using authentic supplies protects the printhead and ensures reliable card production.

Sustained print runs and film yield

The roll is rated for approximately 1,500 images, supporting extended batch printing without frequent media changes. Because the image transfers from film to card, the printhead never contacts the card surface, reducing wear during high-volume sessions. A firmware update may be required for older HDP5000 printers to maintain compatibility. Genuine film preserves printer uptime and card finish quality over long production cycles.

Replaces generic or depleted film rolls

This roll replaces exhausted or third-party film that can cause print defects, lamination errors or printhead damage. The upgrade is worth it when card durability, image clarity and printer longevity are priorities for secure credential issuance. It is not suited for direct-to-card printers that do not use HDP film technology. Buyers needing higher capacity per roll or non-HDP consumables should verify printer compatibility first.
