Fargo 82601 HDP5000 POLYGUARD ribbon

This Fargo 82601 ribbon fits the HDP5000 card printer and includes a POLYGUARD overlay for added card durability. It is designed for organisations that issue secure ID badges or access cards on a regular basis.

Installation and common issues

The ribbon cartridge slots into the HDP5000 without tools and the printer calibrates automatically on first use. Misaligned cards or a dirty printhead are the usual causes of streaks or incomplete overlay adhesion.

250 prints per roll with 1.0 mil overlay

Each roll yields 250 single-sided prints and applies a 1.0 mil clear POLYGUARD layer. Buyers needing higher volume or a different overlay thickness should select an alternative ribbon.
