Single-cup suction lifter for flat surfaces
This FastCap lifter uses a single 4-5/8-inch flat suction cup rated to hold 100 lb. The D-handle is made of plastic and operates with a release valve for quick attachment and removal. It is built for lifting and positioning sheet goods such as glass, stone or metal panels.
Vacuum seal limited to smooth, non-porous materials
The flat cup design only seals on clean, flat surfaces free of texture or porosity. Rough finishes, curved panels or dusty workpieces will prevent a safe hold. The release valve lets you break vacuum instantly, but the tool cannot compensate for an inadequate mating surface.
Replaces two-person carries for medium panels
One worker can manoeuvre pieces that previously required a helper, reducing fatigue on repetitive loads. The gain is clearest on jobs with many identical flat sheets; irregular shapes or heavy slabs beyond the rated capacity still need mechanical rigging or additional cups.

Questions about this item
Should I choose the single-cup lifter or a multi-cup version for my job?
This model has one 4 5/8 in flat cup rated for 100 lb maximum load. If the workpiece is small, smooth and non-porous, one cup is enough; larger or flexible sheets need multiple cups to spread the force.
What does the 100 lb rating mean when I am actually lifting a sheet of glass?
The 100 lb figure is the peak vertical hold on a clean, flat, non-porous surface with the valve closed. Dust, curvature, flex or a tilted pull will reduce the real-world capacity, so apply a safety margin.
How does the release valve control the suction and when does it let go?
The built-in release valve seals the cup when you press the lifter onto the surface; lifting the valve lever breaks the vacuum instantly so the cup releases without jerking the load.
