What Krater Collector's Edition is

Krater Collector's Edition is a downloadable squad-based dungeon crawler published by Fatshark for Windows PC. The game blends real-time combat, tactical squad management, crafting and questing from a classic RTS perspective. It activates through Steam and is sold as an online code for new condition delivery. Buyers in blocked regions including AF, BY, CF, CD, CU, IR, IQ, KP, LB, LY, MM, RU, SO, SD, SY, UA, VE, YE, ZW and SS cannot activate this product.

Capacity and headroom on minimum and recommended

Minimum requirements ask for a dual-core 2.4 GHz processor, 2 GB RAM and a Shader 4.0 compatible card such as GeForce 8xxx or Radeon 2xxx series with 13 GB hard-drive space. Recommended specs move to a quad-core CPU, 4 GB RAM and a DirectX 11 card like Radeon HD6870 or GTX 460. The title supports DirectX 10 hardware but requires DirectX 11 drivers and will not run on Windows XP or DirectX 9. Players wanting more than the base campaign content should note the edition includes extra digital items.

Thermals noise and power draw in normal use

As a software download the product itself produces no heat, noise or power draw beyond the host system running the game. Typical loads will reflect the graphics card and CPU working at levels needed for DirectX 10 or 11 rendering at chosen settings. A Steam account is mandatory for activation and installation before play can begin. The Collector's Edition bundles additional in-game gear and soundtrack material for owners.
