15.0" Privacy Filter for Laptops and Flat Panels

This privacy filter fits 15.0 inch laptop screens and flat panel monitors. It darkens side views so people beside you cannot read the display. The filter also reduces glare and protects the screen from dust, fingerprints and scratches. It is designed for professionals who work in open offices, cafés or while travelling.

Installation uses adhesive tabs or a slide mount

The filter attaches with supplied adhesive tabs or slides into a mounting frame that stays on the bezel. Alignment is critical; if the filter sits crooked the viewing area is cut off at the edges. Dust trapped under the surface during fitting creates visible bubbles that are hard to remove later. Take time to clean the screen thoroughly before the first application.

Check screen dimensions

The filter viewing area measures 9-1/32 by 12-1/32 inches with a 15 inch diagonal. Verify your display’s active area matches these figures exactly. Thick bezels or curved edges can prevent the frame from sitting flat. The filter adds 0.06 inch of thickness, so ensure your laptop lid still closes without pressure on the screen.
