Gel Wrist Rest & Mouse Pad

The Fellowes gel wrist rest and mouse pad combines a gel-filled cushion with a Lycra cover in a single black unit measuring 10.1 by 6.8 by 0.9 inches. It weighs 10.6 ounces and is intended for desktop users who want a unified surface for mouse tracking and wrist support.

Microban antimicrobial protection

Microban treatment is built into the product to inhibit the growth of odor-causing bacteria on the Lycra surface. The protection works continuously without any user action and does not change the feel of the cover material.

Desk space and cleaning needs

Check that your desk has enough flat area for the 10.1 by 6.8 inch footprint before ordering. The Lycra cover can be wiped clean, but the gel core must not be submerged or exposed to harsh chemicals.

Questions about this item

Will the Lycra cover on the 9175101 need replacement if it wears out?

The Lycra cover is bonded to the gel core and not designed to be removed or replaced; if the surface frays or stains the whole pad is discarded.

What limits comfort during an all-day session on this 10.1 x 6.8 inch pad?

The fixed 0.9 inch gel height and compact footprint mean wrist support cannot be adjusted for different desk heights or mouse travel.

Does the black Lycra and gel construction trap heat during continuous use?

The gel core absorbs body heat and the Lycra cover insulates it, so the surface feels warm after several hours of constant contact.
