Quick 90-degree drain connection
The Fernco flexible elbow joins common household drain, waste, and vent pipes at a 90 angle without special tools or fittings. It suits cast-iron, steel, plastic, lead, and copper pipe in repair or alteration work. The extra length helps replace elbows or tees cut out at the joint. It is designed for DWV systems only.
Non-pressure DWV limitation
This fitting is not rated for pressure applications and must be used only in drain, waste, and vent installations. It cannot serve as a pressurised supply or forced-flow component. Installers should verify local codes before using it in any system that may see positive pressure.
Flexible neoprene body for tight spaces
The exceptionally flexible, extra-long neoprene rubber construction allows the elbow to bend around obstacles inside walls or other confined areas. Stainless-steel clamps (not included) secure the connection to each pipe end. The material resists corrosion from typical household waste streams.

Questions about this item
Should I pick the flexible PVC version or a rigid elbow for my 2 in. drain repair?
Choose this flexible PVC elbow when you need to connect misaligned pipes in tight spaces; its long neoprene body absorbs offsets that a rigid fitting cannot.
What does the 90 degree angle actually do inside a real drainage line?
The 90 degree bend redirects flow from horizontal to vertical (or vice versa) while the flexible sleeve seals against cast-iron, steel, plastic, lead or copper without special tools.
Which pipe standard does the flexible coupling meet and what pressure limit applies?
It is made for DWV (drain, waste, vent) systems only and must not be used in any pressure application.
