The Fernco 1056-1212 is a flexible coupling designed to join two 12-inch pipes in drainage and sewer systems. It resists chemicals, fungus growth, normal sewer gases and ultraviolet rays. The 300 stainless steel bands provide corrosion-resistant clamping force. It is not rated for high-pressure water supply or temperatures beyond the stated maximum.

This coupling conforms to ASTM C1173, the standard specification for flexible transition couplings. The 6 3/8-inch fitting length and 12-33/64-inch inside diameter define the installed envelope.
