Fervit USB 3.0 to USB 3.1 Type C Adapter
This adapter connects a USB 3.1 Type C device to a USB 3.0 Type A host port. It is designed for users who need to link modern USB-C peripherals such as phones, tablets or external hard drives to older USB-A computers. The connection works in one direction only: the USB-C end must attach to the device and the USB-A end to the host.
90° U-shaped angled connector for tight ports
The back-angled 90 degree U shape lets the adapter fit into female ports where surrounding space is limited. This design frees up clearance around the port and reduces strain on the cable and socket. No extra drivers or power adapters are required; the unit draws power and transfers data through the host USB-A connection.
Reversible USB-C plug with 10Gbps rating
The USB-C connector features a reversible plug orientation so it inserts either way up. The adapter carries a 10Gbps data transfer rating for USB 3.1 Gen 2 speeds, though actual throughput is limited by the host USB 3.0 link. It does not support video, audio or alternate-mode signals over the USB-C interface.
