Industrial USB-C Locking Cable
The Fervit USB 3.1 Type-C cable provides a secure, screw-locked connection for industrial machine-vision cameras and other equipment that cannot risk accidental disconnection. It delivers up to 10Gbps data throughput and 65W Power Delivery for compatible hosts and peripherals.
Thermals Noise Power
As a passive copper cable, it generates no measurable heat or audible noise during operation. Power draw is limited to the negotiated USB Power Delivery contract, up to 20V at 3.25A for a maximum of 65W.
Locking Screws And Video Support
Dual thumbscrew and single M2 screw connectors prevent vibration-induced signal loss in mounting panels or camera rigs. The cable also carries a single 4K@60Hz video stream when the host port supports DisplayPort Alternate Mode.

Questions about this item
How do I install the locking USB-C cable and which step is often missed?
Align the reversible USB-C male connector with the M2 screw, insert fully, then tighten the thumbscrew by hand until snug; skipping the screw tightening leaves the connection loose under vibration.
What maintenance or replacement will this cable need over time?
Inspect the M2 screw threads and locking thumbscrew periodically for wear or corrosion; replace the cable if the screw no longer holds securely or if the connector shows physical damage.
What limit appears first during sustained high-load use of this cable?
The 65W (20V 3.25A) power delivery ceiling is reached before the 10Gbps data rate saturates, so continuous heavy charging hits the power limit first.
