Power delivery adapter

The Fervit USB-C to DC 7.4x5.0mm 90° adapter converts a USB-C power source into a 20 V 5 A barrel output for laptops that use this jack size. It supports PD and QC 2.0/3.0 protocols and delivers up to 100 W when paired with a compatible 100 W charger and cable. An integrated LED display shows real-time voltage, current and power. The alloy shell protects the connector during transport and daily use.

Build integration

The 90° angled plug fits tight spaces around the laptop power port without stressing the socket. Input is a USB-C male connector that accepts any 100 W PD charger; output is a DC 7.4x5.0 mm male barrel that matches supported laptops. No drivers or configuration are required — simply connect the charger to the adapter and the adapter to the device. The adapter also works with 65 W sources and voltages between 18.5 V and 20.5 V.

Sustained load behaviour

Under continuous operation the adapter passes up to 100 W provided the upstream charger and cable meet the 100 W specification. The LED display lets you verify that voltage and current remain stable during extended charging sessions. If the power source is limited to 65 W the adapter will deliver the lower power without interruption. It is not suited for laptops that require a different barrel diameter or a higher voltage than 20.5 V.
