What the cable does
This USB4 V2 cable carries data at up to 80Gbps, delivers up to 240W of power and drives an 8K@60Hz display or two 4K@60Hz screens from a single USB-C port. It is built for users who need the full bandwidth and charging headroom of the latest USB4 and Thunderbolt 5 hosts. Buyers whose devices only support 10Gbps or 20Gbps USB-C will not see the higher speeds.
Thermals noise and power
The cable contains an E-marker chip that negotiates PD 3.1 at up to 48V5A for 240W charging and falls back to 140W, 100W or 60W profiles without generating noticeable heat. Its super-soft braided jacket stays flexible in normal desk use and adds no audible noise. No active cooling or fan is present.
Bundled extras
No adapters, docks or software utilities are included in the package. The only functional addition is the integrated E-marker that enables the 240W handshake and the 80Gbps link negotiation on compatible hosts. Users must supply their own DP Alt Mode displays and Thunderbolt or USB4 hosts to use the video and top-speed data features.

Questions about this item
How do I connect the cable so the 80Gbps link actually negotiates?
Plug the USB C connectors into two ports that both support USB4 Ver 2.0 and Thunderbolt 5; the built-in E-marker chip then enables the 80Gbps lane.
When should I replace the cable to keep 240W charging reliable?
Replace it if the braided jacket frays, the connectors become loose, or the E-marker chip fails to negotiate 48V5A with your charger.
What limits sustained 8K@60Hz output on this 1.6ft cable?
The host and display must both support DP Alt Mode; without it the video link falls back to lower resolutions.
