Cap mount adapter with ratchet headband

The Fibre Metal F300 is a Noryl cap mount adapter that fits a 3 inch crown ratchet headband. It provides dielectric protection and meets ANSI Z 87.1 plus CSA Z 94.3 standards. SEI certification confirms compliance for face shield use. The gray crown is heat resistant and strip proof.

Workers needing a single crown headgear attachment

This adapter suits users who require a compatible mount for Fibre Metal E2 series face shields. It is not for buyers who need a full face shield assembly or a different headgear style. Those requiring dielectric rated protection should verify the specification. The ratchet suspension adjusts for a secure fit.

Questions about this item

Will the Noryl crown on the F300 need replacing after repeated impacts?

The Noryl crown is heat-resistant and strip-proof, so it resists degradation from daily wear and high temperatures.

What limits continuous all-day use of the F300 headgear?

The 3 in crown height and single-crown design fix the clearance and balance, which become the practical limits during extended shifts.

How much heat builds up on the F300 when worn for a full shift?

The Noryl material is rated heat-resistant, and the open ratchet suspension allows airflow to keep the headgear cool during prolonged wear.
