What it is and who it fits

The FINPAC LSAA007E is a hard-shell laptop sleeve built for 13.3 inch devices. Its internal space measures 12.6 x 9 x 0.8 inches and suits MacBook Air models from 2022 to 2026, 14 inch MacBook Pro models from 2021 to 2026, 13.3 inch MacBook Pro models, 12.9 inch iPad Pro, Surface Laptop 13 and 13.8 inch, Surface Pro 12 inch, Surface Book 13.5 inch, Dell XPS 13 and similar tablets up to 13 inches. The semi-rigid EVA frame and 5 mm padding give 360 degree shock protection.

Who should choose it and who should not

Buyers who carry a compatible 13 to 14 inch ultrabook or tablet and want a water-repellent, crush-resistant sleeve with a secure YKK zipper will find this a good match. It is not for users with 15 inch or larger laptops, devices thicker than 0.8 inches, or anyone needing extra pockets for chargers and accessories. The single main compartment holds only the computer.

The specification that decides fit

Internal height of 0.8 inches is the limiting dimension; any device exceeding that thickness will not close inside the case. Measure your laptop or tablet at its thickest point before ordering.

Questions about this item

Will the 5 mm shock-absorption pad compress or need replacing after daily carry?

The 5 mm padding is part of a fixed four-layer structure with a semi-hard EVA shell and high-elastic Lycra lining; it is not a removable insert and requires no scheduled replacement.

What dimension limits the thickest 13.3 inch laptop that will still close inside the 0.79 inch internal height?

Internal height is 0.79 inches, so any device thicker than that — including feet or a skin — will prevent the YKK zipper from closing fully.

Does the 1600D polyester exterior stay cool or trap heat when the sleeve sits on a desk all day with a warm laptop inside?

The sleeve has no ventilation; the 1600D polyester, EVA shell and 5 mm pad insulate the laptop, so surface heat will be retained rather than dissipated.
