Everyday health companion

The FITVII HM57 smart watch offers continuous heart-rate and blood-pressure monitoring alongside blood-oxygen tracking and sleep-stage analysis. A 1.85 inch LCD with 240 x 240 resolution shows notifications and lets you answer or make calls from the wrist. Over 120 sport modes cover gym sessions and outdoor activities for men and women.

Check phone compatibility first

The companion app requires an Android handset and a Bluetooth link to sync data and deliver call alerts. Verify that your phone runs a supported Android version before ordering. The band fits a standard wrist circumference; no proprietary charger is included in the specifications.

Steady week-long operation

A lithium-ion cell delivers up to 7 days of operating time with typical health tracking enabled. Continuous 24/7 heart-rate and blood-pressure sampling runs in the background without a sharp drop-off after the first day. Sleep monitoring and sedentary reminders stay active through the night without requiring a mid-week recharge.
