30" Barstool with Swivel Lift

The Flash Furniture ET-BR542-230-GG is a 30-inch barstool designed for indoor counters and bars. Its backless design suits users who want a compact seat that tucks under an overhang. The Black LeatherSoft upholstery covers a 15-inch wide seat for a clean, contemporary look.

Adjustable Height and Swivel Under Load

A pneumatic lift raises the seat from 26.5 to 31.5 inches high, holding position while an adult weighing up to 440 lbs sits and turns. The 360-degree swivel moves smoothly on the metal frame without binding. CAL 117 fire-retardant foam keeps its shape through repeated compression cycles.

Assembly Steps and Common Issues

Assembly is required and uses the supplied hardware to join the seat, column, base and footrest. The adjustable plastic floor glides must be threaded evenly or the stool will rock on uneven floors. Overtightening the base bolts can strip the metal threads, so hand-tighten first then add a quarter turn.

Questions about this item

Does the 22 lb frame feel stable when the seat is raised to 31.5" and spun 360 degrees all day?

The 22 lb metal frame with adjustable plastic floor glides keeps the stool steady at full 31.5" height during continuous 360° swivel use.

What tools or parts must I already have to assemble the gas-lift mechanism and attach the floor glides?

Assembly is required; the package includes all hardware for the gas-lift cylinder and adjustable plastic floor glides, so only basic hand tools are needed.

Will the 15" wide seat and footrest clear the cross-stretchers on my vintage 30" pub table without hitting them?

The 15" wide seat and integrated footrest sit within the 21.25" diameter footprint, leaving clearance for most 30" table stretchers.
