Mid-Back Executive Chair

The Flash Furniture GO-2286M-BK-GLD-GG is a mid-back executive chair finished in Black LeatherSoft with a gold powder-coated frame. It is designed for adults working in a home office or study environment. The chair swivels and rolls on a five-star base suited for hard floors.

Fixed Arms and Tilt Lock

This model replaces basic task chairs that lack built-in lumbar support or a tilt lock mechanism. The upgrade is worthwhile when you need a waterfall seat edge that promotes healthy blood flow during long sitting periods. Fixed arms and a rectangular back provide consistent upper-body positioning.

250 lb Capacity and Compact Footprint

The chair supports users up to 250 lb and measures 25.0 in deep by 24.0 in wide by 13.0 in high when packed. Seat height is 22.25 in with a 19 in seat depth and 23 in back interior height. It runs out of headroom for taller users who need a high-back design.

Questions about this item

What floor space does the 25.0 in depth by 24.0 in width footprint need?

The chair occupies a 25.0 in deep by 24.0 in wide area, so allow at least that much clear floor space plus room to swivel.

How do you assemble the tilt tension knob and avoid stripping it?

Thread the tension knob into the underside of the seat plate by hand until snug, then give a light quarter-turn with fingers only — over-tightening strips the plastic threads.

When should the CA117 fire-retardant foam be replaced?

Replace the foam when the seat no longer springs back or shows permanent compression, typically after several years of daily use.
