Anti-Sliding Pads for Open-Toe Shoes

These pads fit unisex adult sizes 8 to 9 and are designed for strap heels and open-toe styles. The rounded footbed shape adds cushioning to reduce fatigue while a tactile surface limits forward foot slip. A plant-based Pareflex foam layer provides a naturally soft feel under the ball of the foot.

DURAGLU Adhesive and Foam Benefits

The proprietary DURAGLU adhesive is formulated specifically for footwear inserts so the pads stay in place through repeated wear. Pareflex foam is 100 percent plant-based and adds cushioning without bulk. Together they keep the insert flat and comfortable inside the shoe.

Trim-to-Fit Dimensions

Each pad measures four inches by 2.9 inches by .21 inches and weighs .44 ounces per pair. The thin profile fits most open-toe footwear without changing the shoe fit. Buyers needing a different size range or full-coverage insole should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

How often will the DURAGLU adhesive on these open-toe pads need replacement?

The proprietary DURAGLU adhesive is formulated for footwear inserts and liners; once applied to a clean, dry footbed it stays in place until you choose to remove it, with no scheduled replacement interval.

What is the first comfort limit reached during all-day wear with the 0.21 inch thick Pareflex foam?

The 100% plant-based Pareflex foam is designed to combat fatigue, so the first limit you notice is likely the shoe itself rather than the insert cushioning.

Do the pads make feet hotter or cause sweat buildup after hours of use?

The open-toe design and naturally soft plant-based foam allow airflow, so heat and moisture do not accumulate the way they can with full-length closed inserts.
