ClearTex Advantagemat chair mat

The Floortex PF1215225EV ClearTex Advantagemat is a phthalate-free PVC chair mat sized 48 x 60 for hard floors. It provides long-lasting protection for home or office surfaces while remaining free of plasticizers banned from children's toys and medical instruments. The smooth backing prevents unwanted sliding during daily use.

Compatibility check

Verify that the intended floor is a hard surface such as wood, tile or laminate before ordering. This mat is designed specifically for hard-floor applications and will not perform correctly on carpeted areas. Confirm the 48 by 60 dimensions suit the desk footprint and allow full chair movement without overhang.

Upgrade context

The mat replaces basic vinyl or polycarbonate floor protectors that can crack, chip or contain phthalate plasticizers. The jump is worth it when you need guaranteed durability against shattering in normal use and a formulation free of restricted chemicals. It is not suited for buyers who require a studded backing for carpet or a larger coverage area than 48 by 60.
