Complete Vinyl System

The Fluance RT81 Elite turntable paired with Ai61 powered speakers delivers a ready-to-play high-fidelity vinyl experience. It suits listeners who want analogue warmth without assembling separate components. The bundle includes a belt-drive deck, integrated preamp, and active stereo speakers in matching walnut finishes. Everything connects out of the box for immediate listening.

Build and Connectivity

The turntable features an Audio Technica AT96.5E elliptical diamond stylus, S-type tonearm, and rubber mat mounted on an MDF plinth. Gold-plated RCA outputs link to the speakers, which house a 120W Class D amplifier driving 6.5-inch woven glass-fibre woofers and silk-dome tweeters. Rear bass ports extend low-frequency response while Bluetooth adds wireless streaming from phones or tablets. No external amplifier is required.

Practical Limits

The belt-drive mechanism suits casual home playback rather than professional DJ use. Bluetooth convenience trades absolute fidelity for wireless flexibility with compressed codecs. The integrated preamp fixes the phono stage, preventing cartridge upgrades that need adjustable loading. Speaker placement is tied to the mains cable and stereo tether between left and right units. Buyers seeking separate component upgrades or balanced XLR connections should consider other configurations.

Questions about this item

What amplifier power does the Ai61 speaker system provide?

The integrated amplifier delivers 120W total, with a 90W Class D section powering the 6.5" woven glass fiber drivers and silk-dome tweeters.

How much space and weight should I allow for the complete RT81 Elite and Ai61 package?

The combined system weighs 41.27 lbs; the turntable and each bookshelf speaker need stable, level surfaces with room for the rear bass ports to breathe.

How do I connect the turntable to the speakers, and what step is often missed?

Use the supplied RCA cables from the turntable's gold-plated outputs to the speaker inputs, then set the built-in preamp switch to "Line" so the Texas Instruments stage is active.
