Complete Vinyl System

The Fluance RT83TPAI81 bundles a reference turntable, PA10 phono preamp and a pair of Ai81 powered floorstanding speakers. It is built for listeners who want a single-box solution that plays records and streams music without separate component matching.

Ortofon 2M Red and PA10 Preamp

The factory-fitted Ortofon 2M Red cartridge brings an elliptical stylus for improved linearity and channel separation. The PA10 preamp converts the phono signal to line level with RIAA-equalised accuracy, so the turntable connects directly to the speakers’ inputs.

150W Class D Amplification

Each Ai81 tower delivers 150 watts of Class D power, driving dual 8-inch woofers and a neodymium tweeter for room-filling volume and deep bass. The system handles living-room listening and larger spaces, though buyers needing multi-room distribution or separate amplification will require additional equipment.

Questions about this item

How often will the Ortofon 2M Red cartridge on the RT83 turntable need stylus replacement?

The elliptical diamond stylus wears gradually; plan to replace it after several hundred hours of play to keep tracking accurate and distortion low

What limits continuous playback time on the Ai81 powered speakers?

The 150 W Class D amplifier can run indefinitely at normal listening levels; thermal protection only engages if driven hard for extended periods

How much heat and noise do the RT83 turntable and Ai81 speakers produce when running all day?

The servo motor and belt drive run silently; the Class D amp stays cool at typical volumes, with only warm air from the rear ports
