Phono Stage Constraints

The PA10 preamp applies RIAA equalisation to convert the cartridge’s phono signal to line level for the built-in amplifier. Only moving-magnet cartridges such as the supplied 2M Red are supported; moving-coil designs cannot be used. The preamp is fixed inside the signal chain so an external phono stage cannot be inserted. Bluetooth shares the same amplifier, limiting simultaneous analog and wireless playback.

Build and Daily Use

A high-mass MDF plinth, metal platter and three-point isolation feet suppress resonance across the 42.88 lb assembly.
