Battery Capacity Analyzer 600V
The Fluke BT510 is a battery capacity analyzer designed for technicians who test stationary battery strings up to 600 V. It measures resistance, DC voltage, AC voltage and ripple voltage in a single handheld instrument. The analyzer is powered by an internal 7.2 V lithium-ion battery and includes a magnetic hanger for hands-free operation.
Measurement range and headroom
The unit accepts a maximum input of 1000 V DC, giving headroom above the 600 V working limit for battery banks. It comfortably handles routine capacity checks on UPS, telecom and utility strings. The analyzer is not suited for installations that exceed the 1000 V DC maximum input rating.
Bundled accessories and software
A soft case, belt strap, shoulder strap and magnetic hanger let the kit move between sites without extra bags. The package includes basic and Twist Guard test leads, a probe adapter, a zero calibration board and a spare fuse. The supplied CD contains the operator manual and software for logging results to a PC via the mini USB connection.
