Brooklyn Kitchen Island – 27 x 40.5 in

The Brooklyn kitchen island from FM FURNITURE is a modern cabinet organiser designed for food preparation and casual dining. Its manufactured wood frame combines a scratch-resistant melamine top with a multi-colour finish. Hardware is included for assembly. The unit provides a spacious work surface and concealed storage beneath.

Fits medium to large kitchens — not for compact

This island suits kitchens with enough floor area to accommodate a 27-inch deep by 40.5-inch wide footprint. It offers leg room for meal prepping and a split lower section that can hold stools on one side and shelves on the other. Buyers with smaller kitchens or those needing a mobile cart should look at other storage solutions.

Top surface measures 27 in deep by 40.5 in wide

The single specification that decides fit is the top surface dimension of 27 inches deep by 40.5 inches wide. Verify that your kitchen layout allows this exact footprint before purchasing. The melamine finish resists scratches during daily prep work.
