Questions about this item

How do I install the casters on the FM9020MLB and what step is often missed?

Attach the four casters to the bottom panel using the supplied hardware before standing the cart upright; the step people skip is tightening each bolt fully while the cart is still on its side, which prevents wobble once it is rolled.

What part of the Lusk Bar Cart will need replacement first with regular use?

The smooth-rolling casters are the only moving components and will wear before the particle-board frame or glass door, so plan to replace the caster set if rolling becomes stiff or noisy.

What limit appears first when the cart is fully loaded and moved repeatedly?

The particle-board shelves and 2-bottle holder have a finite load capacity; exceeding it causes shelf sag or caster binding before the glass door or frame shows any stress.
