Wall-Mounted Double-Drawer Vanity

The Maine bathroom vanity from FM FURNITURE is a wall-mounted unit with two drawers finished in dark brown and white. It measures 31.7"W x 18.8"D x 20.4"H and is built from MDF and particle board with steel hardware. Full assembly is required before installation.

Wall-Mount Clearance and CARB Compliance

Mounting the cabinet to the wall leaves the floor beneath it open, which makes cleaning easier and reduces moisture contact with the base panels. The unit meets CARB Phase II and TSCA Title VI formaldehyde-emission limits for composite-wood components.

Faucet Not Included

The vanity top is drilled for a basin but does not come with a faucet, drain assembly or countertop. Buyers who need a complete plumbed unit must source those parts separately.

Questions about this item

How do I mount the 31.7" wide Maine vanity to the wall, and what step causes problems?

Locate studs behind the finished wall, pre-drill through the MDF back panel into the studs using the supplied steel brackets, then level the 20.4" tall cabinet before tightening all lag bolts — skipping the stud-finding step leaves the 18.8" deep unit hanging on drywall anchors alone.

What parts of the FM9110MLB will need attention or replacement over time?

The steel drawer slides and handles carry a one-year hardware warranty; the CARB Phase II MDF and particle board panels are covered for one year on wooden parts, so plan to inspect drawer alignment and laminate edges annually for swelling or delamination.

What is the first limit you hit when the double-drawer vanity is loaded daily?

The 31.7" wide wall-mounted carcass relies entirely on its mounting brackets and the studs behind them; once the combined weight of countertop, basin and stored items exceeds what those fixings can hold, the unit will pull away from the wall before the drawers or shelves show any strain.
