Newport Bar Cart Overview

The FM FURNITURE Newport Bar Cart (FM9023MLB) is a modern, ready-to-assemble serving unit finished in black manufactured wood. It combines a built-in six-bottle wine rack, a single-door cabinet with interior storage, and two open side shelves. Smooth-gliding casters allow easy repositioning between rooms for flexible entertaining.

Entertaining-Focused Buyers

This cart suits hosts who want mobile drink service and visible bottle storage in a compact footprint. Buyers needing lockable liquor security, integrated glass-hanging rails, or a fully assembled piece should consider other options. The particle-board construction also makes it less suitable for heavy daily commercial use.

Mobility and Organisation Benefits

Four casters turn the unit into a portable station that follows the party from kitchen to patio. The six-slot rack (4.5"H x 12.5"D) keeps wines horizontal, while the door cabinet and 14.1"H side shelves corral glassware, spirits, and mixers without extra furniture. CARB Phase II and TSCA Title VI compliance confirms low-emission materials.

Questions about this item

What floor space do I need for the 25.8"W x 14.7"D cart plus room to roll it?

Allow at least the 25.8" width by 14.7" depth footprint plus extra clearance around all sides so the casters can swivel freely when you move it.

Will the 4.5"H x 12.5"D wine slots hold the same bottles as my old rack?

Each slot fits bottles up to 4.5" tall and 12.5" deep, so standard Bordeaux and Burgundy bottles sit securely while oversized formats may not.

How do I know the casters and door are installed correctly after assembly?

The cart should roll smoothly without wobble, the single door must latch flush, and the top surface should sit level at the stated 32" height.
