Engaging Chinese Crested Dog Hand Puppet

The Folkmanis Chinese Crested Dog Hand Puppet is a 20-inch plush figure designed for interactive storytelling and performance. It suits educators, puppeteers, parents, and collectors who want a realistic animal character for stage, classroom, or home play. Buyers seeking electronic features, sound modules, or automated movement will not find them here.

Interactive Mouth and Leg Control

This puppet replaces basic stuffed toys that offer no articulation, giving the operator direct control over the mouth, front legs, and facial expressions. The jump is worth it when a performance or lesson depends on nuanced gestures and audience engagement rather than static display. It does not suit users who need a hands-free or remotely operated figure.

Simple Hand-Slip Operation

The design slips comfortably over the hand, requiring no straps, rods, or complex mechanisms to animate the character. What usually goes wrong is attempting to force the plush into a washing machine; surface cleaning is recommended to preserve the realistic details and structural shape for years of use.
