Mini Horse Finger Puppet

The Folkmanis Mini Horse Finger Puppet is a plush toy designed to slip over a single finger for immediate animation. It measures 5 x 3 x 5 inches and is constructed from high-quality materials with realistic detailing. The puppet is intended for interactive play, storytelling, and educational use.

Teachers, parents, and collectors seeking a small

This puppet suits educators needing a prop for pre-school lessons, storytellers wanting a portable character, and collectors of Folkmanis miniatures. It does not suit buyers who want a full-hand puppet with a moving mouth, nor those needing a larger toy for group visibility or a standing plush figure for display.

Slip-on finger design for instant use

Installation is immediate: simply slide the puppet onto a finger to begin puppeteering. The compact size fits most adult and child fingers comfortably without adjustment. The main limitation is that the mini format restricts the range of motion compared to larger hand puppets, and the fixed posture limits expressive poses.

Questions about this item

Does this finger puppet need any extra parts or batteries to operate?

No — it is a soft plush figure that slips onto a finger and works by hand movement alone.

Can the Mini Horse Finger Puppet be used together with larger Folkmanis hand puppets in the same show?

Yes, its 5 x 3 x 5 inch size lets it share a stage with full-hand puppets while staying easy to manipulate on a single finger.

How can I check the puppet moves naturally once it is on my finger?

Wiggle your finger; the head, legs and tail should sway smoothly with each motion, showing the flexible plush construction is working as designed.
