Heat resistance from -30°F to 250°F

The mat withstands temperatures from minus 30 degrees Fahrenheit up to 250 degrees Fahrenheit. This range covers freezer storage and typical baking tasks. It provides a non-stick surface for pastry work and protects counters from heat and scratches.

Dishwasher safe and flexible storage

Questions about this item

Will the 23.4x15.6" silicone mat lie flat on my existing countertop without curling?

The 1.1mm double-thickness design resists curling and stays flat on most kitchen surfaces.

How do I confirm the mat handles oven heat up to 250°F after I unbox it?

Test by placing a hot pan on the mat; the food-grade silicone will not deform or smell at the rated temperature.

Does the package include the adjustable rolling pin shown in the highlights or only the mat?

The set count is 1, so only the silicone mat is supplied; the rolling pin must be purchased separately.
