Two-pack handheld vacuum sealers

This two-pack of FoodSaver handheld vacuum sealers is designed for home cooks who want to keep snacks, leftovers and dry goods fresh without a bulky countertop unit. The white ABS units are light at 10 grams each and operate manually, making them simple to grab for quick sealing tasks.

Manual heat-sealing limits

Sealing relies on a brief pre-heat of five to seven seconds followed by a steady slide along the bag edge, so the operator controls speed and pressure. The device works only with plastic or aluminium bags and requires two AA alkaline batteries per unit; ordinary batteries do not generate enough heat for a reliable seal.

Magnetic storage and daily use

A magnetic bottom lets each sealer cling to a refrigerator or any ferrous surface, keeping the tool visible and off worktops. The compact shape fits in a drawer or camping kit, and the absence of a built-in vacuum pump means there is no hose to manage or motor noise to hear.

Questions about this item

Should I pick the 2-pack or buy a single unit?

The 2-pack gives you a spare sealer for another room or a backup if one runs out of battery power.

How well does the 6-volt heat element seal a typical snack bag?

It fuses the plastic in a single pass, creating an airtight closure that keeps crisps fresh for days.

What does the magnetic base actually hold onto?

It clings to any ferrous surface such as a fridge door or metal cabinet, keeping the sealer within reach.
