Electric Mason Jar Vacuum Sealer

The FoodSaver B-001 is a handheld automatic vacuum sealer designed for mason jars, vacuum bags and containers. It operates on a rechargeable battery and includes a sealing cover, vacuum bag opener and charging cable. The compact unit measures 3.35 by 2.44 by 2.44 inches and weighs 5.8 ounces. It is intended for home cooks and outdoor enthusiasts who want portable vacuum sealing.

Versatile Kitchen and Travel Tool

This sealer suits users who preserve dry foods, grains, jams, pickles and meal-prep portions in standard or wide-mouth mason jars. Campers and picnickers benefit from the cordless design and up to 250 seals per charge. Buyers who need a high-volume chamber sealer or who prefer mains-powered operation should look at something else.

Air Valve Lid Compatibility

The device works exclusively with Air Valve lids to create a stronger vacuum seal than ventless designs. Compatible lids are sold separately in 68 mm and 84 mm sizes. Without these specific lids the sealer cannot function on mason jars.
