Compact handheld vacuum sealer

The FoodSaver CH0007 is a battery-powered handheld vacuum sealer designed for home cooks who want to portion snacks, produce, meats and leftovers for fridge or freezer storage. It ships with 30 reusable bags in two sizes and two bag clips for immediate use.

Check power and bag prep before use

Verify the Smart Voltage Display shows sufficient charge before starting a sealing session. Ensure each bag zipper is fully closed, do not overfill, and pat moist foods dry or pre-freeze them to keep the seal port clean and flat.

Steady sealing over repeated cycles

The motor removes air in a single press and the thick zipper design supports reliable re-sealing across multiple uses. Battery level drops gradually during extended meal-prep batches, so the voltage readout lets you recharge before performance dips.

Questions about this item

Does the CH0007 come with bags and clips, or do I need to buy them separately?

The set includes the handheld sealer, 15 medium bags (8.3×8.7 in), 15 large bags (10.2×11.0 in) and 2 bag clips, so nothing extra is required to start sealing.

Should I choose the medium 8.3×8.7 in bags or the large 10.2×11.0 in bags for meal prep?

Use the 15 medium bags for snacks, cut produce or small portions; switch to the 15 large bags for bulkier items such as whole chicken breasts, roasts or big leftover batches.

What does the Smart Voltage Display tell me while I am sealing?

It shows the current battery voltage so you can see the charge level at a glance and recharge before the sealer loses power mid-task.
