Compact handheld vacuum sealer

The FoodSaver LYH-FKJ006 is a battery-powered handheld vacuum sealer designed for home kitchens, outdoor cooking and travel. It suits anyone who wants to extend food freshness without the bulk of a traditional countertop machine. The kit includes the sealer and thirty reusable bags ready for immediate use.

Seals a bag in eight seconds

A single button press starts the automatic vacuum cycle, which completes in around eight seconds. The unit runs on an internal rechargeable battery rated for up to one thousand sealing cycles per charge, so it can handle large batch-prep sessions without needing a mains socket nearby.

Simple one-button operation

The sealer weighs only point-three-seven pounds and measures one-point-seven-seven by one-point-seven-seven by five-point-seven inches, fitting easily in a drawer or camping kit. Because it is fully wireless, there is no hose or power cord to manage. Users should ensure the bag valve is clean and correctly aligned before pressing the button, as misalignment is the most common cause of a failed seal.
