Portable jar sealer for home and travel

The FoodSaver M23 is a battery-powered vacuum sealer designed for Mason jars. It suits home cooks who want to extend the shelf life of dry goods, preserves and snacks without a countertop appliance. The cordless design also makes it practical for picnics, camping or small kitchens where outlet space is limited. It is not intended for vacuum bags or continuous commercial sealing cycles.

Dual-mouth Mason jar compatibility

A single rotating attachment fits both regular and wide-mouth Mason jars, so one device covers the two most common jar sizes. The kit includes five lids for each mouth type, plus labels and a bottle opener. Buyers who need to seal bags, canisters or non-Mason containers will need a different system.

Over 200 seals per charge under typical use

The 2500 mAh battery delivers more than 200 sealing cycles on a full charge, with each cycle lasting 10 to 40 seconds depending on jar volume. The pump reaches -80 kPa and stops automatically when the target vacuum is reached. Extended sessions with large jars will reduce the total cycle count below the rated figure.
